Art Return Policy for Customized Orders:
For art customized in terms of color or size, returns are not accepted once you have received the painting. Of course, we will take photos or videos to confirm the shipment before shipping.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee to every customer. All returns are accepted within 30 days. Refunds will be processed after the item is received. No Restocking Fee applies.

Please contact our customer service to obtain the correct Return Address before sending back your item. Returns sent directly to the shipping address on the package may not be refunded.

Conditions for Return:
To initiate a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:

The request is made within 30 days of receiving the artwork.
The artwork remains in the condition it was received, and is repackaged in its original packaging or similar protective packaging.
For damaged artworks, please contact our customer service and provide photographs documenting the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
*If the original packaging was insufficient, please repackage the artwork as securely as possible, and ensure to document this for insurance reasons.

Please note: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return, followed by an additional 14 days to complete the return process.

Refund Exceptions

For returns based on personal preference rather than quality or accuracy, return shipping costs are at your expense. For items with no quality issues, we refund the item price, and insurance costs are non-refundable, please understand.

If you wish to cancel your order while it is in transit, please note that returns can only be processed after you have received the package. Cross-border shipments involve complex customs and carrier procedures. Intentionally refusing delivery or failing to pick up your package may result in your return request being declined.

Please understand that no refund will be given if the package is not delivered and returned due to personal reasons. For example, personal reasons include incorrect address, no consignee, invalid contact information, customer refusal, or failure to collect the package on time.
